ImmigrationScout operates this site to assess and support Indian physiotherapists seeking qualification recognition and employment in Germany. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Assessment answers (qualification, German certificate status, registration status, age band, timing), your contact details (name, email, phone, city) and your consent choices. If you grant marketing consent, we also process advertising identifiers such as the Meta browser identifiers.

Why we use it

To assess your profile, contact you about the programme, prepare recognition and employer steps, and — only where you have granted marketing consent — to measure advertising performance.

Marketing measurement

No marketing tracking runs before you accept it. If you accept, we may share hashed contact details with Meta for conversion measurement. Hashing happens on our servers and we never share raw email addresses or phone numbers for advertising measurement. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's storage or writing to us.

Storage and sharing

Your details are stored in our secured backend and are accessible only to authorised team members in India and Germany. We do not sell your data. Documents you send us are handled privately and shared with employers or authorities only with your knowledge.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@immigrationscout.com.

No authority role

ImmigrationScout is a private consultancy. We do not issue recognition, licensing or visa decisions; those remain with the responsible German authorities.
